Using this site and products maintained by Ronngle you consent to the terms of our Privacy Statement listed below. This Privacy Statement ensures the privacy of any information collected by Ronngle and, as a minimum, ensures the complicity with the requirements of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles that operate within Australia.
Information Gathering

Information Access
We will disclose to any person who writes to us the personal information we hold on that person, as well as explaining why we hold information, how we collect it and to whom we disclose information. However, where releasing information would reveal evaluative information generated within our organisation as it relates to any commercially sensitive decision-making process, we may give the individual an explanation for the commercially sensitive decision rather than direct access to the information. International Access
Ronngle will only transfer personal information about an individual to someone in a foreign country, if that company/individual has and/or agrees to observe privacy policies no less stringent than our own privacy policies; also that the individual consents to the transfer unless it is impracticable to obtain the consent of the individual to that transfer.
Sensitive Information
Ronngle will not collect sensitive information about an individual unless the individual has consented to such collection. However, Ronngle may reveal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires that information. Any information posted on bulletin boards, forums and in chat areas becomes public information.
